We want every experience with Alpha Wheels to be straightforward and fair. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel a booking, request a refund, or raise a concern about a completed service.

Our Commitment
Alpha Wheels takes pride in the quality of every service we deliver. We use professional-grade products, trained technicians, and established processes — and we stand behind our work. This policy exists to be clear and fair to both sides.
Cancelling a Booking
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another customer.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment: no charge, full rescheduling available at no cost.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment: no charge for first-time cancellations; repeat cancellations within 30 days may incur a PKR 500 admin fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of up to PKR 1,000 may apply to cover reserved technician time and materials prepared.
- No-shows (arriving more than 45 minutes late without prior notice, or not arriving at all): the full booking deposit, if collected, is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to equipment issues, staff unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no fee is charged and a full reschedule or refund is offered.
Booking Deposits
For certain services — including full-body PPF, ceramic coating packages, and multi-service bookings — we may request a booking deposit to confirm your appointment.
- Deposits are typically PKR 2,000–5,000 depending on the service booked.
- Deposits are fully applied to the final service amount — they are not an additional charge.
- Deposits are refundable in full if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.
- If Alpha Wheels cancels the appointment, the deposit is refunded in full within 3–5 working days.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
You may reschedule your booking at no charge provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule.
- Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. After two reschedules, a new booking must be made and a fresh deposit may be required.
- Rescheduled appointments must be taken within 30 days of the original booking date.
Refunds After Service Completion
Once a service has been completed and the vehicle has left our studio, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. However, we take concerns seriously and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
- If you are unhappy with the result of a service, contact us within 48 hours of collection with a description of the concern and clear photographs.
- We will assess the concern and, if the issue is attributed to our workmanship or materials, we will correct it at no charge.
- Refunds are considered only where a corrective re-service is not possible or not accepted by the customer after a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations, pre-existing paint conditions disclosed at check-in, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method — cash to cash, bank transfer to bank account — within 5–7 working days of approval.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are separate from refund requests. If a service covered by warranty develops a defect within the warranty period, we will rectify it at no cost — a refund is not automatically issued in place of warranty service.
- PPF warranty: 5 years from date of installation, covering delamination, yellowing, and installation defects.
- Ceramic coating warranty: varies by package (Gold, Diamond, Platinum) — confirmed at time of service.
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email with photographs within the warranty period.
- Warranty is void if the vehicle has been in an accident affecting the treated area, if the film or coating has been tampered with by a third party, or if aftercare instructions were not followed.
- Approved warranty claims are resolved by re-service at our studio. A refund in lieu of warranty service is not available unless re-service is genuinely not possible.
PPF & Ceramic Coating — What to Know Before Booking
These are precision services that require specific conditions, preparation, and aftercare. Please read the following before booking.
- Paint must be in a serviceable condition before PPF or ceramic coating is applied. If paint correction is required and not carried out, the final result may be affected — this is not grounds for a refund.
- Results can vary based on the age and existing condition of the paint. We assess every vehicle at check-in and will advise honestly on expected outcomes.
- Ceramic coatings require a curing period of 24–72 hours after application. During this time, the vehicle must not be exposed to water, dust, or direct sunlight. Damage caused during the curing period due to customer handling is not covered.
- PPF requires 5–7 days for full adhesion. Minor lifting at edges during this period is normal and will self-correct. Peeling caused by pressure washing or aggressive cleaning during this period is not covered under warranty.

To cancel a booking, request a refund, or raise a concern about a completed service, please contact us using the details below. Include your name, booking date, vehicle details, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge all requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 working days.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the governing law of Pakistan and the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
