By accessing our website, booking our services, or bringing your vehicle to our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Alpha Wheels provides professional car detailing, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, and ceramic coating services in Lahore, Pakistan. All services are carried out by trained technicians at our studio or, where offered, at your location.

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any booking at our discretion.

• Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a rescheduled appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition presents a risk to our staff or equipment.
• Booking slots are subject to availability and may change during peak periods.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements assessed at the time of the appointment.

• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash and bank transfer. Card payments where available.
• Quoted prices are estimates. A final price is confirmed once the vehicle is inspected.
• Prices listed online are starting prices and may vary for larger or heavily soiled vehicles.

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged a booking fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

When you leave your vehicle with us, we take reasonable care to protect it. However, you are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables before drop-off.

• Please remove all valuables, documents, and personal items from the vehicle before drop-off.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
• Any pre-existing damage will be noted at the time of check-in. We recommend inspecting your vehicle with our staff before and after service.
• We handle all vehicles with professional care, but we are not responsible for mechanical faults unrelated to our work.

PPF and ceramic coating services are precision applications that require specific conditions and aftercare to perform as expected. Please read the following carefully.

• Paint must be in a suitable condition before PPF or ceramic coating is applied. If paint correction is required, this will be advised and priced separately.
• Warranty periods begin from the date of application. Warranty terms vary by product and will be communicated at the time of service.
• Warranties cover material defects and installation issues. They do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Customers must follow the aftercare guide provided after installation. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
• We use 3M, XPEL, and IGL Coatings products. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their respective terms.
• Removal or modification of PPF by a third party will void any warranty provided by Alpha Wheels.

Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted to us in writing with photographic evidence.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original vehicle owner only.
• Physical damage, scratches, or chemical damage caused after application are not covered.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over time.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your booking details and photos.
• Approved warranty claims will be remedied at our studio at no charge.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Wheels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen staffing issues.
• We are not liable for pre-existing paint defects, rust, or structural damage revealed during the service process.
• We carry out work to a professional standard, but results may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle's paint.

All content on the Alpha Wheels website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Alpha Wheels. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after the service for quality control and marketing purposes.

• Photos may be shared on our website, social media accounts, or marketing materials.
• Vehicle registration plates will be obscured before any public sharing where required.
• If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us before the service begins.

We collect personal information (name, phone number, vehicle details) for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

• Data is stored securely and used only for booking management, service history, and customer communication.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
• By making a booking, you consent to us storing and using your data as described above.
• We may send appointment reminders or follow-up messages via WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out at any time.

Our website is provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that information is always up to date.

• Prices, availability, and service details shown on the website are subject to change.
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the website.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for their content.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
