How the Platinum Coating Package Works at Alpha Wheels
Paint Condition Assessment
Your car's paint inspected before work begins. Oxidation level, surface defects, and contamination all assessed. Correct compound grades confirmed for your specific vehicle. Any panels requiring additional correction attention identified before the service starts — not during it. For high-value vehicles, this assessment is particularly important — the Platinum package is applied to paint that has been correctly evaluated, not assumed to be in a particular condition.
Full Exterior Prep (Extreme Detailing Standard)
Pre-wash, clay bar, paper compound where required, cutting compound, exterior scaling, logo clean, foam shampoo and pressure wash, underbody wash, finishing compound after the wash, tyre chemical treatment and rust treatment, rim polish. Every stage completed in sequence. Paint left in a fully corrected, refined, haze-free condition before surface prep begins.
Surface Prep (IPA Wipe)
Isopropyl alcohol applied across all painted panels after finishing compound. Removes compound oils, silicone residue, and surface contamination at the molecular level. For the Platinum package, this stage is critical Pro Shield Graphene is a high-specification product that bonds most effectively to a chemically clean surface. Pro Shield Graphene Coating Application (USA)
Platinum coating applied panel by panel using a dedicated applicator. Thin, even layers worked across each panel and levelled before moving to the next. A defined panel sequence is followed to prevent the coating from flashing in Lahore's ambient heat during application. For larger vehicles 7-seater SUVs and luxury SUVs the application sequence requires additional time to ensure even coverage across all surfaces.
Flash Check & Initial Cure
Each panel checked for high spots and uneven application immediately after coating. These are addressed before the product cures. Car kept in a controlled environment during the initial cure period.
