Surface Decontamination
Full exterior decontamination — iron fallout removal, tar removal, clay bar treatment. Every contaminant removed from the paint surface before the Ashland USA adhesive contacts it.
Paint Correction (Where Required — Same Visit)
Surface defects corrected before film application. Whatever condition the paint is in at installation is what it will be in for the life of the film. For a Titanium installation carrying a 5 year warranty and up to 9 years life, correct paint preparation is non-negotiable. Correction and installation completed in the same visit — no separate booking.
Film Cutting & Preparation
XP Protex film cut to your vehicle's specific panel dimensions. Edges prepared for tucking — bonnet edges, bumper returns, door jamb entries.
Panel-by-Panel Installation
Film installed panel by panel using slip solution and squeegee technique. Air and moisture removed beneath the film on each panel. Heat gun used on complex curves and contours to ensure the film conforms to panel geometry without lifting or creasing.
Edge Tucking & Finishing

First 48 Hours:

Do not apply wax, polish, or coating products to the film in the first 48 hours
Ongoing Care:

Remove bird droppings and insect residue promptly — prolonged exposure can stain the topcoat
